There is always a long wait for a teller. On Saturday mornings I have seen the line out the front door (literally) as people wait for their turn with a SINGLE teller.
I went in to close a checking account and they asked if I could come back in 2 hours. I will make sure to never do business with this location again.
No help, 1 teller and no concern about the line
Went in to the bank today and was disappointed. My account was recently hacked and there were fraudulent charges of over 1000$ on the account. So the account was put on a hold. I went in to close the account and the two workers who were handing people their money in the middle of the business center told me that they did not have enough time (an hour before closing) to handle my account closure or to give me the money that is in my account due to people being there before me.
I have no idea why I am not able to access my own money or account and how come the staff seemed so unwilling to make any accommodation as not only is customer service their job, but also their duty to ensure I have actual access to my funds. The people who cashed checks against my account had no problems taking funds, but clearly I- the actual owner- of the account was not to be helped. I have had this bank account for 16 years, but clearly it is beyond time to get rid of the Bank of the Devil and this POOR customer services just further validates why I will never have another account with them.
Very slow and I deposited cash and took them 3 days to actually deposit it.
