I would not recommend my worst enemy to go this over charging , money hungry woman dentist ,She keep you there way to many hours for unnecessary wait time because she is going from room to room working on other patients , too dam cheap to hire more dentist. Like I said money hungry , and Becky is her lap dog. Do not go there ...
I would give zero stars if possible. This place made me terrified to go to a dentist ever again. Spent 8 hours there in the chair for a crown. Then they insisted on a root canal. They did not wait till I was numb all the way. Literally crying in the chair from pain and was told to sit still. They would not do anything. I can to another dentist and he said the work looked incomplete. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Way over priced and not worth the hours they keep you. The head lady even took my phone once then went and answered her cell while working on me. Terrible.
This place is everything a dental office should be and more- its is ALWAYS immaculately clean, every member of the staff is caring and friendly, the treatment plans are thorough and comprehensive, and the equipment is state-of-the-art. I was afraid of the dentist before I found Dr. Nourazi and her staff- not anymore! I have had extensive work done at this office, from root canals, to cleanings, to extractions, and during the course of my time spent in the chair, they have made every effort to ensure that I am comfortable. You can tell they invest quite a lot in having the type of equipment that is less invasive to the patient, and each member of the staff, Dr Nourazi included, is receptive to my individual needs, questions, and concerns. Finding this place and these ladies was a blessing for me, I will never go anywhere else.
Worst ever! The dentist was nice the two times I met her out of the 5 times I've been there. Every time I go there's an issue. I take off work to go to this dentist! But every time I go I.can not be seen for some crazy reason! I wish they would just tell me over the phone that they can't see me because I call about 5x's before I go to make sure everything is in order! They're messing up my pay check and I need the whole paycheck just to afford them! I do not recommend this office.
Please do NOT visit this office. She charged my mother $4000 for a root canal and crown (which is outrageous) and then broke another tooth while performing the procedure. The work was never completed because the crown didn't fit the 2 times my mother went in to get it cemented and the tooth she broke wasn't repaired correctly and the filling crumbled. After another appointment got cancelled because the crown again wasn't ready my mom got too scared to get any more work done by her. I finally took my mom to my dentist and she now has to pay $1000 for the crown (which is a reasonable rate) as well as a crown on the one that was broken by Dr. Norouzi, she also still has an abscess in the tooth that had a root canal. I highly suggest doing your homework on her. She was on probation until March of this year and had a patient die in her office as well (google Dr Norouzi death). Seems highly unethical and driven to suck as much money out of people as possible. I can only assume the good reviews are from her staff/friends, particularly MsShaolin777 whose review is likely not from a patient by the looks of it. On top of it all? She is STILL calling my mom daily to harass her for the rest of the money for work that was never done.
