First of all, the whole new telephone system is TRASH!! I have been calling the same number, from my work phone and cell phone for TWO HOURS straight, and never received a person to the phone. After a while, the telephone hangs up on you, if you are on hold for too long. Then I started calling back after taking a break for 30 mins I was very irritated. Once I started calling again, the number wouldn't even transfer me to an actual person.

Dr sanghavi is the best! She is very thorough and will spend as much time with her patients as they need. She goes over everything with you step by step. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind as well as being compassionate. Her nurse, Robin, is so sweet. As the matter of fact there isn't anyone at this practice that I can't rave about. I found gold when I found this place and highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

The ONLY time I got a person, to actually answer she was very disrespectful, talking to her background. She never answered a question, I asked and she just had a whole bunch of IDK's.
