In October I purchased a Whirlpool stove and dishwasher, I have used both many time since then and love them both! They both look very nice in my kitchen! I also love how Sears Outlet lets you sign up for a year free with no interest to pay your appliances off, very nice option for me. Plus the prices are good, not too expensive and the items I purchased the defaults on them you can't even see.
Walked in to look at lawn equipment. Waited for someone to come ask if I needed help or if I had any questions. I stood there for 15 minutes with the employees walking around me. So I just left poor customer service.
'give us your money or get out' attitude does the sears name justice as always...
Go see Tracy at this outlet--if you are looking for appliances, this gal knows her stuff!!! Great customer service from her! This is an invaluable employee for the Sears Outlet--excellent experience for me as a customer!!
I highly recommend this store, when I need a new washer and dryer I will be coming back!
