My husband had to get a DOT physical. We waited 3 hours in the waiting room before even being seen. When he got back to the room, they told us it was going to be another hour 1/2. We couldn't wait any longer because we had plans for that day. They suggested that we make a appointment for the next day so we could be seen faster. So we did just that. We made a appointment for 1pm. We got there @ 12:45. And guess what.....we still waited 3 hours for them to tell us that we still had 2 people ahead of us. Mind you it is 3pm and we are still waiting in the freaking lobby oh and we made a 1pm appointment. We had to drive to Fenton Mo to be seen. And guess what? We was only there for 45mins, and that is with no appointment!!!!!!! Got us in and out with no problem.
In and out, didn't wait long at all. Very friendly staff. Convenient location.
The worst Concentra I have ever been to. They all suck, but this one really blows. Been sitting here for 2 hours waiting for for a DOT physical, DT and give. They act like I'm bothering them by being here. Wanted to know if I was paying for it! Unreal!
I've not had any luck with any Concentra I've been to. Went in on Wednesday (my day off) to give them paperwork to sign off on. Waited an hour just to be told the Doctor that did my DOT physical and such wasn't there and that they would call me to come in the next day to get signed off for my cards. Okay. Then silly me thinking they would call me at a reasonable time the next day I finally had to call just for them to tell me I need to come in and re do my physical........ WHY not just let me re do it while I was there? Especially on my day off. Now I have to take off work to RE DO my physical when I was already there and could have waited no problem. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Concentra is GARBAGE. After this I won't be going back to this urgent care. Also for anyone who actually read these reviews. I'd avoid the Fenton facility unless you want to wait FOREVER
Horrible! only needed a Tspot done ( blood draw). Waited forever ... very disorganized! No structure at the front desk! Like squirrels trying to find nuts! You guys need to do better.
