Paid for a rental ahead of time. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was told a credit check had to be done but the guy said I used a different card therefore I didn't pass the credit check. I didn't own a card with the numbers he called off but I had my receipt and proof of the card I did use only thing is one credit check per person. Needless to say I wasn't able to rent a vehicle. So when I called customer service and spoke to a supervisor Kimberly she hung up on me because I was upset that I would have to wait 3 to 7 days for my over $200 refund. I told her that was unacceptable she said well to bad nothing she could so about it and if I didn't have anything else to say other than gripe about my money she was done talking to me and hung up. My whole thing was if a credit check was needed it should have been done when I spoke to the rep and paid for the vehicle not when I get to the location to pick it up.. it was a mess and I will never deal with Budget again for anything.

I reseved a car a month in advanced and recieved conformation and when went to picm it up the guy CHAD almost double the rental and when i was on phone with Customer support CHAD cancelled my reservation so i could not get same rate. He then became rude and told me that budget does not recommend using Travelocity or priceline so we ended up paying $600 instead of the $359 to rent a car

BAIT and SWITCH Business Practices...This particular store has scandalous business practices. And I would AVOID this location at all cost. I went online to search for a rental car and reserved it at the price I wanted almost 4 months prior to the reservation . My reservation was scheduled for an early pick up so I called the location to see if I could change the pick up time to 4 pm a day before the reservation date . I ask if there would be any charge to Do so and I was told no . It would be the 370 for the two week rental a day wouldn't matter. I particularly talk to a guy named Ryan that was at the desk when I came to pick up the vehicle. Ryan told me the balance of 530 was due . I was speechless how could that be it jumped almost two hundred dollars for a 12 hour difference . Which was not kosher with my BUDGET so I told him I would just pick it up the next morning. Ryan told me that he had cancelled my previous reservation for the early pick up and that the previous price was no longer available to call customer service to fix the ordeal . So I went outside and did so . As I did this Ryan cancelled my reservation all together and because of this I was forced to make a new reservation at 600 + dollars . So it went up another 100 dollars right then . THiS IS A CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH Process that I would AVOID AT All cost. Drew Olsen was the manager that refused to honor my 4 month old reservation because of a simple question of an early pick up.

This place is a joke. I had reserved a car 2 months ago for a weekend trip. I got dropped off to pick up my rental only to be told i had to go through a credit check process. I reserved this car with a debit car, why would that NOT be something that is mentioned when making the reservation. When i was unable to get the rental, i asked the guy at the desk if they had wifi so i could use my daughters almost dead tablet to get us a ride as my cell phone was dead. He said he didnt know the password and his boss wasnt in. He was very unwilling to help. I had to walk over 3 miles with a 3 year old and a car seat vs being able to get the wifi code and message someone for a ride. Special type of ignorant people work here.

Had a horrible experience returned the car yesterday forgot a tablet in there was back up there at 6:30 this morning and they're saying there's no tablet obviously one of the workers had stole the tablet I will never rent from Budget Rental and I will let my friends and family know as well this is not how business is done
