Good car rental. Call them and they will pick you as well as drop you at your place. Documents required are international driving permit and a credit card. Sometimes they insist on getting at least on of their insurance with the rental which almost double the rental cost but then it adds to safety at your end
HORRIBLE experience with my grandmother and I. Came to this enterprise from car dealership- only for the 2 front desk reps to basically call us stupid. Was supposed to be 35.00 per day PER THE DEALERSHIP. Called a Nissan out of hazelwood to say we have no recollection of who this person is... would not call or go down the road to Nissan. Wanted to be a co driver- made us go to qt only to make us come back and overcharge us insurance as well as 2 downpayments. At one point, he even had the nerve to suggest I go apply for a credit card and come back. Very unprofessional- doesn’t know his head from the nice shoes he had on. Went to thrifty to get a car within 10 minutes and EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRICES! (: when I was told by enterprise no one would rent me a car. Might want to polish those dandy shoes there Ty. Get your stuff together!!!
I simply love Enterprise Rent A Car services, the staff is very friendly, professional, and accommodating!!! They will pick you up and take you back home if you need for them to do so.... who else does that? They have a very wide selection of cars to choose from and their cars are reliable! Enterprise will even call you while you are on your trip to make sure you are happy with the car you have chosen!!! I am a repeat customer and will continue to be, their kind of customer service just keeps on bring me back!
Wonderful company, they were a life saver when I needed a rental to get my daughter from college. they were very polite and the wait was not long, and customer service was great. My rep Anna was great, and I loved her personality and her eagerness to make sure that I was satisfied with my rental and my rental experience. I will be definitely going back to that location on Dunn road, its close to my house, and I love the attention that everyone there gave me. I have 2 more reservations set up.
