The set that i received was put together wrong and already had tears in fabric. The store manager tried telling me that it wasn't their fault and had a million excuses. Nothing has been resolved even though we paid for warranty and also we pointed out damages before the delivery guys left our house....STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
It was a great experience with no credit check witch was the best part for me lol but anyway yeah they were really helpful an I got to no them on a personal level while shopping thanks Pam an Steve you guys get a big thumbs up

New home, needed furniture for every room. Started with the kitchen, purchased a nice looking table for $499 with the damage insurance which cost an extra $100 but it arrived with hairline cracks and a small chunk missing on the one side of the marble table top and on the other side you can see more hairline cracks with streaks of clear dried glue as if it was damaged and someone glued it back to sell. Went to store and was told to email pics and call once compete. Called was told claim was submitted and it could take 4-6 weeks to hear back. After 6 weeks called again and was told it was being processed. That was in August. Its now November and I still have a damaged table top. What was the point of the insurance. This place is a scam. Took my busine$$ to Weekends Only where they furnished the rest of my home.
