Great customer service, knowledgeable technicians who will take the time to explain the problem you are having with your vehicle and what it is going to take to fix it. They have reasonable prices and they are good at completing repairs quickly. They also have their own tow trucks, which I have had to use and these prices are very reasonable as well. Plus another awesome service they offer is free shuttle services if you cannot wait for your vehicle to be completed.
Initially we did not have the best experience, however the owner really took the initiative by reaching out to us. He was extremely kind and polite, apologized for the error, and went into great detail about what happened. He went out of his way to make things right. I would recommend Auto World, and if you're not happy with the work ask for the owner, Barry. I was really impressed with the level of customer service.
