WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN A ST. LOUIS BODY SHOP!!!! BAR NONE!! Extremely disappointed in the level of service and the quality of work performed. Dropped my car off on a Saturday to repair a parking ding in the rear bumper. The following issues occurred: 1) no one called to update me on repair status, contrary to their express policy; 2) up-charged my estimate without my permission; 3) required me to pay before I had a chance to inspect the vehicle they repaired; 4) did not complete the repair I initially asked them to complete, but simply painted over it hoping I wouldn't notice; 5) I had to initiate any and all calls related to the status of the repairs; 5) offered me a "gift certificate" as opposed to a refund for the up-charge because it was an "accounting nightmare" to refund the unauthorized charges (as if I would ever step foot in their shop again as a customer); and 6) a general cavalier attitude about the service and repair failures. They have an elephant as their mascot, which is grand, majestic, and steady. I believe is completely misleading. Their mascot should be a hyena or a coyote, which seems to be more appropriate for this organization. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. If I were you, I would pay extra to go to CarStar or some other outfit that takes the profession more seriously and understands the value of doing good work and serving your customers. Its simply not worth the discounted prices. You get what you pay for.

Brought my brand new 2016 honda Odyssey van here for a basic detail and the chemical cleaner they used on my seats discolored and matted the fabric. The dealership says this cannot be fixed since the seats were chemically burned and the fabric will need to be replaced. They caused $8500 dollars worth of damage. I have brought this to the managers attention and they refuse to fix it.

Staff very friendly and professional. The car looks brand new. Great autobody work.

These people are super helpful and friendly. I recommend them for any auto needs. Matt is especially awesome.
