Old. Dingy. Shoe print on the sheets. Extremely loud neighbors until 2 in the morning. Doors were being slammed all night. Kids were riding bikes up and down the hall. Parents were yelling at their kids. Babies were crying. It seemed like a long term stay place and not an overnight hotel. The whole place smelled like smoke. There is no handle or lock on the door to the outside so anyone off the street could walk in to the hotel or sleep in the stairway or something. Staff was pretty friendly at check in.
If you need somewhere to stay for a little while, this place is just ok and somewhat reasonable. The rooms are not best, the carpet is old and very dirty. You only get housekeeping service once a week. There is always a lot of kids everywhere running through the halls.
WORST EXPERIENCE
HUGE blood stain on the carpet where clearly a puddle of blood had been. Blood on the curtain and on the wall. Someone clearly fought for their life inside the room. I cut my foot open on a broken crack pipe that was left on the floor in the bathroom. I found a book titled Murder house in the room as well... Felt like i was about to be next to die in the room. I called and complained to priceline who called the hotel and they came pounding on the door and told me to get out. So i lost my money i paid for the room on top of it all. Complete nightmare. At least i made it out alive.
The bed was comfortable. The place can get quite noisy with kids playing in the hallway. Staff was excellent.
I booked a reservation. They showed me the room. The room was filthy. The sheets were dirty the counters had stains on them and the whole complex smelled like smoke. Also there were people loitering in the hallways and the front door. The side door is broken which is a security risk ! The person at the front desk had terrible customer service.They looked like they did not want to be there. I asked them how often do they clean the rooms and front desk person got offended and became talking very offensive toward me. I told them that I would not stay the night. I asked the manager Stephanie for a refund and she refused. Don't give them your credit card. They will charge your card and if you don't like their room they won't refund you.
