I really liked the location. Near to the airport and one of the best India restaurant.
Beds were hard and difficult for a good night's sleep.
By far worse customer service ever. I made reservations for 2 rooms in this hotel. Now this is where the problem comes in I reserved a King Suite and a regular room with double beds. Because their computer system is so called down they write your credit card information down on paper. I asked about this procedure and the front desk attendant said don’t worry we will process your card Monday but I’m staying on a Saturday. I then explained to her I was not comfortable with my card information floating around so could I just pay cash in which I did so. Now I have 5 children and a grandson because the front desk attendant say my children bring in his cake she told me kids u can’t have a party. They then responded tht we not having a party we just eating cake with our nephew for his bday. My kids came and told me what was said. I then went to the front desk she told me my manager said u had to leave I asked why she said because u have a cake so your having a party. I wasn’t gonna argue back and fourth so I said well give me my 260 dollars back and I’ll leave. She refused to give me my money back and called the police. While the police and I were talking we saw another family bring cake,party bags,balloons etc and then I said to the police what’s special about them and clearly they are having a party. If u have one rule for one it should be the same for another. And to put icing on the top I was told by the attendant that their pool didn’t have any chlorine in it isn’t that unsafe. That’s the reason we came to the hotel to swim in the pool.This will not be the last that they here from me.I will never suggest this hotel to anybody..And make sure your card information isn’t being used if u have stayed at this hotel
Rooms are very old, sheets were clean but the carpet could use a shampoo. The A/C unit is very loud. I had to switch rooms as the A/C unit in the room was making a lot of noise, even when off. My other room was quiet when not in use, but loud when cooling the room. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Not a good experience here.
Five stars because I sent people to stay in other ones in the area but this is the best of them all in Florissant - Hazelwood area.
There were bandaids floating in the pool.
Have people come in town for business and stay weeks at a time, and for now on I will only book this hotel. Great breakfast options. Nice and peaceful. Rooms are nice and clean.
Will try to stay next time.
