I stayed here last night and our experience was less than desirable. There were stains all over the carpeting , walls and furniture, peeling wallpaper, broken furniture, our tub didn't drain and was creaking strangely like it was going to crack or break, we were given no hand towels or shampoo, there was no trash can in the room at all, and no coffee maker. When we reserved a room online it said there was free breakfast included but there most definitely was not. We walked the entire hotel and there was no breakfast. And there was nobody at the desk to check us in when we arrived and we had to wait for a while until someone even answered the phone to come help (plus there was someone else waiting who had been there for an hour already), and when the guy did come he was a little on the rude side.. Would not recommend!!
I've had a terrible experience here!! I've told the front desk workers several times that my stove doesn't work, my lights doesn't work, my recliner doesn't pull out, the AC continuously goes out, and my window is broke and doesn't raise up. Each time I've paid my bill, Ashley argues with me and charges an extra fee everytime. The General Manager sides with her, and doesn't do anything to fix the problem. No one can explain to me why each week my fees increases, I put in work orders for maintenance and I'm continuously ignored. If you're looking for professionalism and greatness out of your room.... CROSSLAND HOTEL IS NOT THE PLACE TO COME!! Do yourself a favor, save your money.
Place needs new management, new employee who take pride in what they do. Way over due for renovations. The phone was missing almost all th extra feature buttons nd full of static. Carpet, comforter, sheets, walls, tub lining all stained even large bath towels dingy with hair visible. Hair on sheets when I pulled cover back. I even inspected the pad under the fitted sheet it was full of stains and hadn't been washed in awhile. I didn't see any bed bugs. Front desk made me come down myself to get more towels. Rooms didn't have any kitchen supplies no iron no ironing board, no shampoo, lotion, only one bar of soap no coffee. Then front desk calls to see if I'm checking out around 8:30am20 min later someone bangs on my door asking the same thing. It's cheap but not comfortable. It would have no star but I had to click one in order to post

I've been a guest at this hotel for quite some time, and my stay has been superb thanks to all the staff; but,there is one staff member in particular that has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my stay is as pleasurable as possible. I would just like to say thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart, Sherielle Dunn for the humble personality, welcoming smile, and great customer service skills.
Terrible and disgusting. First thing I noticed walking in the room. Walls were stained. Cigarette burns on the walls. Broken door handle for bathroom. Mirror in bathroom was carved with an X. The tv remote looked like someone repeatedly stabbed it with a pen. The front workers were nice but that’s all that hotel has going for it. Spend your money elsewhere.
