I spotted an ad for a great price on a new Civic, and decided to find out more. I went to Bommarito Honda's website, easily found the car in the ad, and clicked the button to get a price quote. Anna Schneider quickly responded to me with an e-mail with information about the car I was interested in; over a couple more easy e-mails she helped me set up a convenient time to view the car and discuss a purchase. When that day arrived, Joshua Berry greeted me immediately, had the car pulled up front ready for me to evaluate it, and had all my information at hand. He gave me advice for a good test-drive route, and had my trade-in evaluated while I was off testing the car. When I told him I was ready to buy, he walked me through the process with a friendly and efficient professionalism, answered all my questions, made sure I was happy with the price, and made sure Jason Galeski, the finance manager, had the information he needed to start working on my financing. When it was time to finalize the financing, Jason was also friendly and professional; he explained all of my options in a straightforward way, made sure I was getting a great financing rate, and even found a way to save me money on the optional warranty coverages I wanted. Once the financing process was complete, Joshua had my new Civic ready to go, washed and prepped, with the accessories I asked for installed. The whole experience was great, oh, and by the way, from start to finish took less than an hour and a half. I would highly recommend this dealership, and the personnel I dealt with, they are competent, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer.
I had mixed experiences here. When buying a new car here it's as good place to buy as at any similar Honda's dealership, even better then some. It's an expensive to buy a used car, especially when you trade in your old car. They give you trade in price by the book, then sell it for triple price. I had a very good car to trade in, well maintained right here, still was offered low book price. The minivan I got, Honda's certified, was quite overpriced too. They were selling the same model for 6 Grand less couple months later. Well, when you are in a hurry you'll pay more so no buyers remorse... Service is generally good, especially waiting area. I had cases when I was told I need something which wasn't true, cases when they missed to notice obvious problems right in the place they were supposed to look at. If you buy tires here you're not given any written warranties so you stay in the dark until you need it. Then fun begins
Started my car search online and both Sue and Walter from Bommarito were amazing at answering questions in a timely manner. Their professionalism and hard work on the email side led us to come into the store where they were just as good in-person. I came out believing I got a fair price and a good value. I would definitely recommend both of them as well as Bommarito as a whole.
My wife and I just recently bought a 2012 Honda Pilot from Bommarito and we are very happy with our experience and are very happy with the Pilot as well. Chris Brown, a salesman with Bommarito did an excellent job. My experience with them started with Chris sending me many different links of cars within the entire Bommarito inventory base that matched the type and price-range of vehicles we were looking to buy. Chris was very friendly and the Bommarito team and he were very professional and took great care of us. They have great coffee and ice cream to enjoy while you wait. The ice cream especially worked out great for our kid :) . After test driving the vehicle, they were quick on negotiating the agreement on the price and processed the sale and financing right there. It was pretty much a painless process. In addition to this, the Pilot we bought was used and after driving it off the lot, there were just a couple minor things that I hadn't seen before buying the car. I called Chris immediately after realizing these two minor issues and he assured me they'd take care of me and they did. I brought it back a week later and they fixed the very minor issues at no cost and washed the car and cleaned even the floor mats! I am very satisfied with my experience with Bommarito Honda and Chris Brown their salesman. I recommend you to go there if you're in need of a new or used car. They'll take care of you!
Highly recommend this dealership. I drove 2 hours to look for a car here and couldn’t be happier that I made the drive. Bought a 2015 Mustang and didn’t realize there was a crack in the top of the windshield. Came back the next day to pick up the car and my salesman, Don, had them replace the windshield before I was there and i didn’t even know it was broken. Went to many dealerships and this one defiantly stands out for a reason. Great prices, great service, and overall a great experience. Don Scheffler was my salesman and we were highly impressed by him. This man needs a raise! I’ll definitely recommend people here because of him and the quality job that he does! Highly recommend this dealership!!!
