Chris in the service dept and the crew he has working for him all have gone the extra mile every time I bring my truck in. I always prepare for the worst but they always take care of the issue without spending a ton of money! I greatly appreciate Degal Truck center!!
I can't talk bad about all the guys at degel but my truck is brand new took it down there on Gravois they dryed to charge me 500.00 dallors for an oil change on 4400 international on top of that the check engine light is on after they changed my oil didnt advise me before they proceed which they discounted me 410.00 way to go degel good job screwing over people! The average oil change is like 270.00/350.00 dallors but they are a joke business will decline. :(
