Scammers..DO NOT BUY CAR FROM THIS PLACE UNTIL THE ORIGINAl OWNER of the car lot do A CLEAN SWEEP and hire HONEST PEOPLE

At the time, I had own a dodge caliber and I wanted to get into a ford escape. So I went to this place thinking that it would be okay. The Sales person was nice guy, and had me take a test drive. Well we all went to the back and they did their numbers and their offer was for them to put me in a whole another SUV then the one I wanted to get into. Once that happened, I was not into making a deal. Then the sales person’s manager tried to get me to stay and when I told him no I’m good, he started using very disrespectful scare techniques when I was all but nice to them. At that point… I just wanted my keys back. I got them back but the sales person stopped me just before he gave me guy keys back and told me that I was disrespectful for wasting his time and that I should never do that again. Hold on… Really!? I’m the customer… no you all were disrespectful… and I will never see you all again. In fact NO ONE should ever go there to buy anything because they totally treated me like crap plus wouldn’t give me back my keys in a timely manner when I wanted to walk away from the deal. I now hate this place.
Please make sure your staff is aware of your policies. Do not try to punish customers for miscommunication. Listen and stop trying to talk over people.
I recently came in for a specific car, the salesman was very helpful and asked if I was ok with speaking to the manager Chris. I agreed and we went over the features I wanted and yet he tried to sell me what they had in stock he proceeded to order the car I wanted color and features I left a deposit and did a credit app because he really made me feel comfortable with their process with out over promising me like Plaza did and couldn't deliver. Their new staff is an amazing group and I recommended my mother and husband who both bought cars from salesman John Carroll and Ryan. FYI I read these other reviews none of them made sense like I've never heard of a dealer adding I plates, sales tax in Missouri or not shop for the best bank deal possible. I will continue to buy my cars here and save money .
I had a horrible experience here. Christy called and asked me to come in around 830a and I told her I had to work. She asked me to bring in my information and complete the credit app. I came in at 9am to fill out the paperwork. There was no one there to assist me when I came in. I went to work. I called and the manager Joe went off on me for not staying. He was disrespectful and hung up on me.
