I had a very unfortunate experience and I was really surprised because I have always had excellent service when renting a car. I would not recommend this location for purchasing a car. I was so looking forward to a good experience...spoke to finance manager, Tony, after waiting on my salesmen, Mike, to call me back and he (Tony) could have cared less about my experience...I don't mind getting denied, but don't have me wait for weeks, then ask me repeatedly about a trade, be aware that I am trying to get the title for the trade, then say go online and fill out an application-I say to him; I've already did one in person with Robert, call you numerous times to follow up and then someone finally says, you should talk to finance. The response is then well he doesn't know anything about the finance part. So when I call, why wouldn't he let me speak to someone in finance or ask them the status instead of prolonging the process and not communicating anything and then the manager's response is insincere and unauthentic.

I had an awesome experience purchasing my new vehicle - 2015 Nissan Rogue. Steven was very attentive to what I was looking for and made very sure that he communicated with me every step of the way. He was pleasant, showed great customer service and he made me smile in several conversations we had with one another. I couldn't have asked for a better sales person to deal with than Steven.
